You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing LipoPatch, LLC’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of LipoPatch, LLC. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by LipoPatch, LLC.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Site, so long as the link does not portray LipoPatch, LLC, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You acknowledge that (a) LipoPatch, LLC has not tested or screened Third Party Software, (b) you use any Third Party Software is at your sole risk, and (c) Third Party Software may be subject to separate license terms as determined by the person posting such content. APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting this Site, you agree that the LipoPatch, LLC of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of LipoPatch, LLC, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and LipoPatch, LLC.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to services provided by LipoPatch, LLC or through the Site in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Melbourne, Florida and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Trial offers are not included in the Money Back Guarantee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
